What is our refund policy?
All Products offered at BeOneBoss are digital and delivered immediately, so once delivery is confirmed and completed, it is not possible to cancel or refund the order.
However, there are exceptional cases in which a refund may be processed:
Order not delivered: if after making the payment you do not receive your top-up, gift card, coupon or any other digital Product, you must contact our support team through [email protected] or via the online chat on the website. You must provide order information (order number, payment address, registered email address and/or recipient's phone number). Once the incident is validated, we will refund the corresponding amount as soon as possible.
Invalid or non-redeemable product: if the code received is invalid or was already used before delivery, BeOneBoss will take the necessary steps to resolve the issue with the supplier. If the failure is confirmed, the customer will be entitled to a refund or a replacement of the Product.
Under no circumstances will products that have been correctly delivered to the customer be refunded, including top-ups applied to the provided number or gift card codes sent to the indicated email address. The customer is responsible for verifying that the data entered (phone number, email address, destination country, currency, etc.) are correct at the time of placing the order.
Refunds must be requested within thirty (30) days after the transaction. BeOneBoss may request additional information or documentation to verify the customer's identity or the validity of the request before approving the refund.
